Endometrial receptivity analysis fails to improve pregnancy outcomes in patients.
The study looked at whether a test called Endometrial Receptivity Analysis (ERA) can improve pregnancy outcomes in women with recurrent implantation failure. They compared patients who had ERA with a control group using frozen embryo transfer cycles. The results showed that there was no significant difference in pregnancy rates between the ERA group and the control group. The study also found that the number of previous implant failures did not affect the window of implantation displacement. Overall, the research suggests that ERA did not lead to better pregnancy outcomes in these patients.
