New biomarkers discovered for recurrent miscarriage diagnosis and treatment.
The researchers aimed to find genes linked to recurrent miscarriage to help diagnose and treat it better. They looked at immune and inflammatory genes in two databases and found 7 key genes related to the condition. By analyzing these genes, they identified CYBB, LYN, and MET as important markers for recurrent miscarriage. Lower levels of CYBB and LYN were linked to the condition in real tissue samples. The study also showed that these genes are connected to specific immune cells in the body.
